Wallis and Futana  is a French island collectivity in the South Pacific It is located between Tuvalu in the northwest, Fiji in the west and southwest, Tonga in the southeast, Samoa in the east, Tokelau in the northeast. The territory is made of three parts: Uvea/Wallis Island Futana Island Alofi Island Most of the population lives on Wallis Island. There are no permanent settlements on Alofi due to lack of natural fresh water resources. Mata-Utu is the capital and largest city.
